About the Item

Late 18th/early 19th century brass and steel kettle stand from England. This design is so sweet - it has pierced designs on the top along with scalloped edges and the initials TW. The fylfot design is for life and happiness in a full circle. This may have been a wedding gift or something a husband made for his wife. The attention to detail is lovely and the stand is supported on steel legs which are simple and elegant. This is a lovely piece that would look wonderful on a fireplace or hearth.
