Sizeable and museum quality, embossed copper collecting bucket on lion claw feet. This stunning, sturdy and heavy antique brass bucket is another one of our recent rare finds. When used as a log bucket, this handcrafted antique can single handedly change the look and feel of your fireplace. When used for keeping fruits or groceries it will do the same for your kitchen. This tactile antique is beautifully and very well made and over the centuries its patina and aging only made it more beautiful. This entirely hand-crafted work of beauty can also be used as a planter, magazine holder etc. We feel that only if you realize how difficult and time consuming it is to hand create a piece like this, will you be able to truly realize how special this antique is. What makes it even more appealing are the embossed coat of arms of Gelderland (one of our twelve provinces here in Holland) and all the images showing what people in that province mostly did to make a living, back in the late 1700s and the early 1800s.
