19th Century Georgian Cast Iron Hob Grate Fireplace. Fine Example Of An Early to Mid 19th Century Cast Iron Fireplace Interior. Also Known As A Half Hob Grate Fitted Within A Mantlepiece and Or Just A Cavity. Typical Decorative Cast-iron Features For The Period; With Dancing Ladies. One Lady Is Playing A Drum And The Other Playing A Tambourine. Flanked With Fine Decorative Period Swags, Rosettes Thistles. This Fireplace Has Been Recently Salvaged From A Derelict London Town House and Restored Back To Its Former Glory, In A Traditional Blackened Finish. Comes Complete With Fire Bars Fire Back. Dimensions: Front Width: 32.25" Front Height: 24.75" Back Width: 17.5" Back Height: 26.75" Total Depth: 12.25"
