About the Item
An antique Georgian style painted pine fire surround, carved with flower ‘bullseye’ roundels to the end blocks, reclaimed from a property in south-east England.
Though dating from the late 19th century, this reclaimed fireplace follows earlier styling, the bullseye design characteristic of the English Georgian period. Accompanied by a reeded structure and a plain tablet to the centre of the frieze, this fire surround’s simple design and clean lines will make a stunning feature of interiors traditional and modern alike.
We are also selling a second similar surround sourced from the same location.
