An antique late 18th/ early 19th century Italian Statuary marble mantlepiece of fine quality
Small in scale and beautifully made in Italy around the year 1800.
The exquisitely carved frieze depicting an elliptical urn with eagle headed handles and sprays of laurel leaves and berries.
The full rounded and fluted Doric columns are under end-blocks carved with lion masks.
