An elegant Regency style polished cast iron fire grate. A three bar arch front with bronze repousse inlays, mounted with a pair of grand lion masks holding bronze rings in their mouths, the shaped high back plate with a central stylized sunflower, complete with both back and curved cheek bricks. Measures: Back width 440mm English, circa 1850.
