Important French Napoleon III carved Rouge Griotte Marble and ormolu mounted figural fireplace mantel chimneypiece. The rectangular carved marble body surmounted with ormolu mounts of masks of maidens above wreaths and their bare feet, with a floral surround trim and centered with helmets and wreaths, circa 1885, Paris.
