A Magnificent Carrara Marble Fireplace with ormolu mounts of extraordinary quality in the Louis XVI taste. The side supports depicting quivers and the front frieze ornated with a bow and garland of flowers, underneath the top marble a gallery of superb quality chasing. All the gilding on the ormolu is the original gilding. Original inserts and back plate.
