About the Item

A very handsome pair of French 19th century Louis XV st. Grand Antique marble fireplace mantels. Each raised on carved volute jambs with scrolled top capitals and side brass air vents. The scrolled bandeau with mottled edge has a large central 'Oeils de Boeuf’. The plateau above has a molded border with rounded corners. Interior dimensions: H: 42" L: 61.5" D: 15.5".
