A monumental and truly one-of-a-kind early 19th century French farmhouse outdoor loveseat bench, sourced from Provence. Originally a functional wagon wheel, this extraordinary piece has been thoughtfully converted into a sculptural garden bench, a rare fusion of rural utility and rustic elegance. Expertly hand-crafted from solid hardwood with a wrought iron tire, the oversized wheel measures 47.5" in diameter and features a large central hub with fourteen chamfered wooden spokes radiating outward. A curved, slatted wooden seat has been seamlessly integrated into the wheel’s frame, creating a unique and inviting seating area. The bench has been structurally restored for stability, while the wood retains its naturally aged patina in tones of light brown, gray, and weathered tan.
