About the Item
An extremely attractive and effortlessly chic set of three Mid Century French wrought iron garden chairs in wonderful, refinished condition. Likely made in the 1950s or 1960s in France, these wonderfully decorative and surprisingly comfortable chairs will add sophistication and graceful Gallic charm to any outdoor setting.
Beautifully crafted from wrought iron, this gorgeous trio features tall backs and seats with lovely, rounded edges and wide iron straps for maximum comfort – no cushions needed!
They have charmingly decorative matching scrolled crest rails and aprons, and delightfully sweeping double legs joined by clipped feet.
These stunningly elegant chairs have been given a facelift and refinished in a lovely pale dusky-apple durable matte paint powder-coating. Relaxed, refined and ready to impress in any outdoor setting – just add the refreshment and good conversation!
CONDITION
These gorgeous chairs are in very-good-to-excellent vintage condition. Structurally sound, they’re solid, sturdy and comfortable. Unlike most similar vintage chairs, which show unattractive signs of age and weathering, ours have been professionally refinished. This was done by shot-blasting to remove the old paint and rust and then refinishing in extremely durable powder-coating. Overall they’re a fabulous trio of outdoor chairs in wonderful refinished condition and if well looked after, they should remain so for many more generations to come – please see the photos.
