Listing is for one bench; two identical benches are available. We have included Mr. Rashid's conceptual sketches as well as marketing images from the original release. We only have two pistachio green benches offered; the other benches in other colors are for reference only.
Lava is a unique experience resulting from the combination of beauty, luxury, performance and practicality. LAVA, is an undulating, cloud-like bench, a really huge organic rounded sculpture which is obtained through the difficult manufacturing process of a rotational moulding technique. LAVA's trend-setting and original shape creates a pleasant, natural and relaxing gathering spot or connection in any interior
exterior space. It is an original and different way for the user and furniture to interact.

Karim Rashid is an industrial designer and interior architect. His designs include luxury goods, furniture, lighting, surface design, brand identity and packaging. Time Magazine has described him as the “most famous industrial designer" in all the Americas. In his spare time, Karim’s pluralism flirts with art, fashion, and music. Karim Rashid is one of the most prolific designers of his generation with over 3000 designs in production, over 300 awards and work in over 40 countries.
