A finely crafted Tuscan wall relief panel in Italian terra cotta, inspired by the renowned work of Luca della Robbia. Executed in richly colored clay, the relief displays exceptional depth and sculptural detail, bringing a strong architectural presence to the composition.
This panel represents one of the ten designs commissioned in 1431 from Della Robbia. The original series was carved in marble and illustrated passages from Psalm 150. First installed within the Cathedral of Florence, the panels were later transferred to the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo. This terracotta rendition captures the spirit, rhythm, and historical significance of the original Renaissance works.
