A very good looking well made and decorative pillar, the finish is original and nicely patinated, this piece is very much in the taste of William Kent, it wouldn't look out of place in a stately home which I'm sure is what it was commission for
Condition wise there will be normal age and use related patina marks here and there as you would expect from a good honest example
