About the Item
Italian Biedermeier style wooden round pedestals or columns, early 1800sPair of round wooden pedestals. The plan features six geometric lines that intersect in the center. The rectangular section legs are curved and rounded, forming a curl when they rest on the table and at the base. Below the top there is a small curved triangular shelf that follows the same lines as the base. Can be used as coffee tables, columns or displays.
Early 1800s in Biedermeier style.
Good condition, partially restored. With visible signs of aging especially on the top.

Set of three pedestals or columns entirely made of wood. The top has a rectangular shape but with curved shaped profiles and rounded corners. At each corner, under the top, there are decorative elements in the shape of a "curl", the same rounded lines are also found in the central part and on the four legs. The feet recall the shape of a lion's paw.
