About the Item

A very handsome Italian late 19th century neo-classical st. alabaster and marble pedestal. The pedestal is raised on a Vert de Patricia square support with moulded stepped alabaster base. The tapered marble column is centered with fitted alabaster inserts and top bands. The marble plateau above is also centered with the alabaster.
