About the Item

This converted antique meat dome is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from England and date to approximately 1880 and done in the period Victorian style. The half meat dome is composed of silver plate and is ornately engraved with a diamond pattern with beaded accents. A copper backing was added to convert the meat dome to a wall mounted planter or sconce. Please note there is no liner.
