About the Item
A rare and hard-to-find model, these French cast stone round planters are attributed to Willy Guhl (1915–2004), the Swiss modernist designer whose work was widely produced and installed throughout Europe, including France, during the mid-20th century. The group displays the sculptural restraint and modernist sensibility associated with Guhl’s work, with strong, architectural forms and excellent garden presence. Offered as a set of four but may be sold in pairs as well.
