About the Item
French antique copper (brass) planter with a metal base. This jardinière features floral and organic decoration all around, a repoussé technique, relief decoration, and four lion's feet or claw feet. This planter dates back to the late 19th century and is unmarked.
Richly decorated with various types of fruit, nuts, and leaves, it has a beautiful, large oval shape and is perfect for indoor, outdoor, or patio use. It has a beautiful, distinctive patina due to its age.
This item is in very good antique condition, with signs of wear and tear consistent with its age, such as discoloration of the brass and a few small dents. Please see the photos for more details.
