This life-sized sculpture from the 19th century depicts Jesus the Sacred Heart in stunning realism. The piece is hand-carved from plaster with intricate details that capture the essence of the subject. The statue stands at an impressive 155cm tall, with a length of 60cm and a width of 50cm. Crafted in France during the Historicism period, this sculpture is a one-of-a-kind limited edition piece that would make a beautiful addition to any art collection. It is signed by the artist, Beer- Paris the Sacred Heart of Jesus sculpture is from plaster and horse hair, polychromed with the most fabulous colours. This sculpture is perfect for anyone who appreciates religious art and seeks to add a unique and stunning piece to their collection. The statue is in the original condition, and un restored. The piece has had several repairs of the years, please see all images and videos and ask for further information on the condition if required. Dimensions are 155 cm high x 60cm w x 50 depth.
