About the Item
A pair of very large and expressive opposing Foo Lions in Granite with an overall gray-green speckled finish. The lions are seated, one with its pup and the other holding a long stemmed flower.
Measures: height 37", wide 16", depth 32" approximate weight of both lions is 3,000 pounds.
Condition: Please see all detail photos. There are various signs of age and weathering including patches and losses. Both tails with losses on the ends, there is a larger repair in cast stone or ceramic, to the face of one Lion (Clearly seen in the lead photo/ Lion on the left), now eroded and showing drilled holes presumably to hold the ceramic fill, repair loss to one shoulder, several small ceramic dot patches and one base with large loss on the back right, both bases with expected stains, weathering and small chips on the edges. All of the aforementioned is for accuracy as the Pair have a magnificent presentation.
