A luminous and richly patterned stone sink carved from Breccia Aurora marble, designed by Partisan Studio and fabricated locally in Belgium. This piece celebrates the natural complexity of Italian brecciated marble—its layered structure, fractured veins, and warm tonal palette of ivory, blush, ochre, and pale grey.
The stone’s surface reads like a topographic map: diffuse and crystalline zones overlap with rust-colored fissures and subtle plum tones, all held within a pale mineral base. The finish is matte and natural—not polished—allowing the inherent variation in grain, color, and structure to remain the focal point. Veins run not only across the top plane but wrap across all sides, reinforcing the sense of a solid, sculpted volume.
Measuring 60 cm wide × 40 cm deep × 25 cm high, the sink features a deep rectangular basin with vertical sides, a minimalist rear slot drain, and a cleanly raised platform with a pre-drilled tap hole. Though visually weighty, it is designed to float in space when wall-mounted—secured using concealed brackets and stone adhesive (not included).
This sink is part of a limited-edition 2025 series by Partisan Studio, with each piece realized in a different marble. All were produced in close collaboration with Belgian stone fabricators using traditional masonry techniques adapted for architectural object-making.
