About the Item
A pair of antique neoclassical style lead garden urns with intricate designs of putti and floral patterns. Unusually and impressively large for lead urns of this period.
Standing on a wide circular base, this pair of Victorian urns are banded in a scrolling design beneath a high relief Fleur-de-lis. Above, two putti hold a woven sash under a flowering medallion.
Each urn boasts its original set of scrolling handles, miraculously still in tact after all these years.
