First quarter 19th century, in the manner of Pierre-Philippe Thomire (French, 1751–1843), gilt bronze and marble, figural basket, possibly Nike, holding aloft a flared, reticulated basket with glass liner, on a drum plinth with floral garlands with rais-de-coeur decoration, on a square base with bun feet. Unmarked. Measures: Approximate H. 29.625", D. 11.875". CW4755.
