About the Item
This antique grain measuring recipient was crafted in France, circa 1870. The bucket features metal straps, forged nails on the outside and an inside iron handle. The basket is printed "Double Decalitre" on the front. The measuring tool is in very good condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina. This versatile grain measure holder could be used in a number of ways, such as a waste basket in a powder bathroom, or as a decorative accessory in a kitchen.
