About the Item
Gorgeous completely handmade sterling silver basket.
Made from a unique sterling silver sheet, except the base, the basket has been hand molded and turned to give it an elegant and harmonious shape.
The base is round and shaped with a double step.
The body of the basket is square, flared and wavy.
Always from the same body of the basket, to give continuity to the elegant line, the handle is obtained without interruptions and without a tilting system.
This makes the basket impressive and elegant at the same time.
For the finishing, symmetrical lines have been chiseled to make the basket very bright and modern.
A wire has been welded on all edges, again in Sterling silver, so that the basket is soft to the touch and does not have sharp edges.
Italian silverware, already with a centuries-old tradition, had a great development in the twentieth century and produced pieces of the highest quality that the whole world envies. Italian craftsmanship had a kind of new Renaissance after the war.
A great many high-quality silverware was born where exceptional pieces were produced that now decorate the most prestigious houses.
