2006 Art Glass Centerpiece Bowl by John Nicholson Signed on Base, “The Wave” Offered for sale is an art glass "Wave" art glass centerpiece bowl by artist John Nicholson. Wave Bowls have a signature waveform and black lip wrap. Transparent colors are backed by a white ground. The colors are laminated between layers of clear glass and blending process creates new colors and tones in each piece. Each one-of-a-kind form has an asymmetrical shape which cannot be repeated. Colors include, brown, white , yellow, cognac, and the white and brown vary from light to darker.
