About the Item
Sculptural hand blown Murano art glass clam shell bowl in pink degrade and clear glass with inner air bubbles. Attributed to Archimede Seguso, Italy, 1950s.
This piece combines Sommerso, aventurine and controlled bubbles techniques.
Pink glass cased into clear glass, controlled bubbles and gold and silver flecks inclusions. The bowl can be placed on its side or upright because it has two flat polished bases.
Excellent condition.
Labeled underneath.
Use it as decorative bowl, vide-poche, rings bowl or ashtray or display it with other Murano glass pieces to create a colorful set as shown at the images.
