About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown opalescent blue and white Italian art glass seashell shaped bowl. The piece is documented to the Cenedese Company. It has the original "Murano - Cenedese - Vetri" shield label underneath. It dates to the 1950-1960s. The shell has a fan shape with ribbed surface. The edge is scalloped and the end folds over, and could be used as a handle. Would make a great display piece on any coffee table, console or credenza. Use it as a catchall, candy or jewelry dish. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures: 7 3/4" long x 6 1/2" wide x 2 1/2” high.
