Set of three hand blown glass pumpkins of varying shapes and sizes, crafted with astonishing faithfulness, possessing ribbed bodies and stems. Access hole in base of each, allowing the use of electric flicker candles for display. Probably 1970's. Largest 15 1/2" high x 9" diameter; smallest 6" high x 5 1/2" diameter

A collection of three vibrantly hued handmade sculptural glass vessels by Berànek with reticulated top edges and vibrant colors with white accents: lime green with white ribbon, blue with white drip lines and blue with white inclusion. Emanuel Berànek started his studio in Czechoslovakia during the war using waste broken glass in peat furnaces. From the 1950s until the company's demise in 2008, nearly every one of Czechoslovakia’s best and more influential glass designers worked with the studio including now globally revered names such as Frantisek Vízner, Vladimír Jelínek, Ludvika Smrckova and Pavel Hlava.

Fine group of three Swedish 19th and early 20th century folk art baskets, the first with polychrome decoration on a coiled willow body and having barley twist handle, the second with blue and red paint with floral decoration on a reeded body, the last of cylindrical form and having a woven snowflake pattern.
