About the Item

Decorative Bowl or Dish, Ceramic in Red and Brown Enamel, Verceram France 1950 High quality ceramic bowl or vide poche, manufactured by French ceramic atelier named VERCERAM. They used to create lamps, bowls, vases with great design (see their bio below). This one is n°6114 of their production and is as new ! Its beautifully flowing, graphic design is enhanced by an exceptional glaze finish. The rich brown and vibrant red tones are separated by a contrasting line, adding elegance to the piece. The surface is glossy and in immaculate condition. About VERCERAM factory : Located near Paris in Montreuil, they began ceramic production in the 1950s. Their products were of exceptional manufacturing quality, featuring, on the one hand, color juxtapositions that required precise handwork with a spray gun, drying times between layers, and subtle brushing. On the other hand, they showcased glossy glazes that demanded a higher number of firings than average and a dust-free workshop to prevent any contamination or impurities.
