About the Item

Crafted by the English workshop Bird and Branch, this elm bowl is the result of a long-shelved wood, which finally found its ideal form, inspired by Japanese aesthetics. Its raised silhouette allowed the wood's cracks to be diverted while revealing a natural bark inclusion, which adds complexity to the object and highlights its uniqueness.
