Ca. 3000-2500 BC A terracotta bowl from the Indus Valley in a substantial size and flaring, deep body resting upon a low ring base. While the exterior surface remains impeccably smooth and devoid of ornamentation, the interior unveils an arrangement of three, black-painted concentric decorative bands.
