Rare sunset colored murano venetian art glass sculptural bowl in the form or a shell with gold leaf aventurine encased within the glass. A fine example of 1950s Mid Century Modern Italian glass that radiates beautiful shades of pink, orange, salmon and golden hues that change depending on the light and direction of the viewer. This fantastic mid century modern art glass bowl has a elegant teardrop shape and spiral finial at the end. Attributed to Archimede Seguso or Alfredo Barbini.
