Although Pepe Mendoza are rare and hardly come to the market, there are few pieces that are very unique. Here is a clear example of a unique collectors item. Beautiful mayan revival with CODEX symbols. Stricking color combination of malachite and azurite with the patinated brass dish. Stamped underneath with the foundry. Mexico circa the 1950s.
