About the Item

A Spanish set of three glazed terracotta bowls from the early 20th century. This collection of antique bowls from Spain are each round in shape, with widest part being at the top lip, and gradually tapering down and resting upon a flat base. There are varying shades of green glaze on each bowl about the lip and interior (which shows the wonderful swirling design), with one bowl having a more yellow-ish hue than the others. The bowls exteriors remain natural and unfinished. The bowls have a wonderful old patina, with chipping and cracks due to prior use and wear, but it's a lovely showing of character and age. Two of the bowls have been fashioned to be hung at some prior usage. Note the bowls sizes may differ slightly but they are all approximately the same in size as stated. These early 20th century Spanish bowls together, will make a wonderful decorative collection.
