Travertine Centerpiece “Voltero” by Egidio Di Rosa
Pier Alessandro Giusti for Up&Up, Italy, 1970.
A floating, bulbous, cylindrical-shaped bowl in the rare largest version. The travertine features intriguing deep pits and natural cavities, adding extra character and texture. Its matte finish accentuates the carvings and turning traces beautifully. Only the finest blocks of travertine — selected for their striking and expressive grain — were used, all crafted with exceptional skill. In excellent original condition.
