Bo Fajans Ashtray No. 1068 — Designed by Allan Ebeling (1925–1953), Model: 1068. Earthenware (Lergods), Production Period: 1925–1953 Sculptural ceramic ashtray in the form of a stylized fish, hand-painted glaze in gray-green, blue-green, and brown tones, designed by Swedish artist Allan Ebeling and produced by Bo Fajans during the interwar and postwar period. Designer: Allan Ebeling (1897–1975), Manufacturer: Bo Fajans, Gävle, Sweden Stamped “1068 Bo” and signed “AP” (Allan Ebeling). Dimensions: Height 14 cm (5.5 in), Width 19.5 cm (7.7 in) Museum Reference: This exact model is held in the permanent collection of Länsmuseet Gävleborg, Sweden, under inventory number KLM 41852. Handmade earthenware ashtray, designed by Allan Ebeling and produced by Bo Fajans between 1925 and 1953. It was acquired by the museum in 2015 and is documented as a ceramic ashtray (askfat) designed by Allan Ebeling and manufactured by Bobergs Fajansfabrik AB in Gävle.
