This lovely round alabaster bowl has rounded edges. It is Italian and contemporary from the early 2000's. It is a mottled alabaster in shades of white, off white and has the original plastic sticker on the front which says "Scali-Volterra Tel# following, Made in Italy Genuine Alabster.
Could be used for all purposes be it barware, serving, vida-poche, soap or decorative. The edges are curved and rounded.
