Vintage large art glass bowl features an elongated oval form with wide inverted rim. The body of the bowl is done in cobalt blue glass; the colored glass is encased in clear glass layer in sommerso technique, forming symmetrical build-in twin handles on the sides of the bowl. The rounded, flowing form of the bowl shows Organic Modern style influence on Art Deco inspired design; the minimal shape of the piece is accentuated by the striking, jewel-like color palette. The bowl is signed by the artist on the bottom; it measures xx" wide (including handles), making it an excellent choice for the centerpiece or a statement decor object.
