Hallmarked in Sheffield between 1896 and 1901 by James Dixon Sons, this attractive suite of Victorian, Antique Sterling Silver Dishes, comprises a central large dish, and 4 smaller additional dishes, all featuring pierced decoration to the body and foot, and ornate borders. The suite together weighs 49.9 troy ounces. The larger dish measures 4.5"(11.5cm) tall, by 14.75"(37.5cm) wide, by 11"(28cm) deep. The smaller dishes each measure 2.75"(7cm) tall, by 7"(18cm) wide, by 5.25"(13.5cm) deep.
