About the Item
Round table box in 925/1000 sterling silver gold plated with fire enamels, with pure gold “paillons” on the upper circle, fine fire enamelled miniature hand painted by the painter Bruno Corsari reproducing a pastoral painting from 1700 by François Boucher, enamelled edge with vertical stripes. French Empire Napoleon III style. Dimensions: diameter cm. 6.6 height cm. 4.7. Weight gr. 285. Designed by Franco Salimbeni in 1967 and produced in Florence at the Salimbeni company headquarters with manual workmanship by skilled artisan artists with a high thickness plate and large reinforcements suitable for supporting numerous high-fire enamelling firings at around 800° C.
It is new item never used but considering vintage.
