About the Item

Impressive hand-painted Folk Art box from the Late 19th Century. The box has been hand-painted in black, red, blues and green. There appears to be either twos horses or maybe unicorns on the lid and floral decoration throughout. Original paint and hardware. Wonderful piece to add to a collection or use for storing treasures.
