A burl wood box with picture frame/lid, circa mid-20th century. A beautiful box to hold jewelry or other items on a desk, vanity, sideboard, etc. Piece may be Italian; however, it is unmarked. Lid is a burl wood veneer, with brass hinge, also doubles as a picture frame (with glass protective barrier.) A nice piece to personalize and hold items at the same time. Brown velvet lined inside and on bottom. Dimensions: 1.75" Height x 6.88" Depth x 8.94" Width.
