A French Empire Gilt-tooled Morocco Leather Box This wonderful rectangular box is decorated overall with sets of lace pattern friezes.
 In Morocco leather document box with fine tooled gold decoration, France circa 1820 in it’s original, wonderful patina. The front has a very elegant original gilt metal lock. The interior is lined with a precious green silk This is a very attractive piece, and it is covered in leather which is stretched over carved wood and then tooled with decorative patterns, this would make great documents box or for keeping small things safe. This artwork, never before on the market, comes from an important French private collection. Every item of our Gallery, upon request, is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by Sabrina Egidi official Expert in Italian furniture for the Chamber of Commerce of Rome and for the Rome Civil Courts.
