About the Item
An antique decorative lidded box with a bronze dog. The base made of wood, with onyx paneled against it, which is framed with floral ornate copper rims. These rims are soldered at the ends. Inside a red felt interior, one side the felt is missing. Made in France, around 1890-1900.
Overall in good condition, one old small chip at the onyx at the lid, see last picture.
