About the Item

Wonderful silverplated Los Castillos bowl with an inlayed malachite and turquoise edge. This wonderful bowl dates from the 1950's and was made in Taxco, Mexico. Signed on the bottom. Wonderful design and form. In nice condition for its age. No chips or cracks to the natural stone. There is a little wear to the silverplating on the back edge and one spot on the bowl. Also one small pressure dent located left of the center of the bowl. Measures: approximate 8" wide by 1 1/4" tall.
