About the Item
Mid 20th Century Turkish gilt solid silver spectacle case. Designed with a geometric star pattern throughout with a blank cartouche in the center. Ornate interwoven patterns surround the case. Upon opening using the push button, a blue velvet interior is visible with two pouches for spectacles. Hallmarked Turkish Republic Solid Silver (800-900 standard), year 1939-1942.
