Charming shaped pill box in 925/1000 sterling silver, gold plated, and adorned with translucent fired enamels over a finely detailed guilloché pattern. The lid features a delicate hand-painted floral miniature by Italian artist Romano Buccioni, enhanced by fine hand engravings that emphasize its refined craftsmanship.
Created in the Viennese Art Nouveau style, inspired by the elegant decorative arts of the late 19th century, this piece was handcrafted in Florence at the Salimbeni atelier in 1980. Entirely produced by skilled artisans using heavy-gauge sterling silver, it was designed to withstand multiple high-temperature enamel firings (approximately 800°C).
