About the Item
Rare bonbonniere designed by Sylvia Stave. produced in Stockholm, sweden by C. G. Hallberg in 1933. Made from pewter with the stylistic and characteristic striped pattern favored by Stave as well as a woman grasping a lyre decorating the top of the lid. Good vintage condition with age related wear and patina from oxidation.
